White Line Fever: The Untold Story of Six Days on the Road

Country music and truck driving have gone hand in hand since the music style’s surge in popularity in the 1960s, with some of the most popular songs referencing blue-collar jobs and hours upon hours spent on the road. One of the most beloved of these songs, Six Days on the Road, was written by two truckers and is often credited with solidifying the image of truckers as loveable rogues – hardworking outlaws that put their family first.
